A free news content management system allowing you to update your website without the fuss of downloading and re-uploading new HTML files. It's in development, and I plan to release new versions about once every week. Since it's in early development now, it doesn't yet have a WYSIWYG editor. Best suited for news, but can be adapted for anything if you know PHP.
